What if I already have a subscription to Playbook?

If you are already a Playbook subscriber (my new platform) and would like to access my subscription as well, please reach out to support@playbookapp.io.


Will there be any changes to the subscription price?

I have great news for you. The subscription price on the mobile app is only $19.99 per month! This means you'll be saving a significant amount compared to the current website subscription, which costs $28 per month. It's a fantastic opportunity to access the same premium fitness content at a more affordable price.


How do I subscribe to the app?

Subscribing to the mobile app is a breeze! Here's how you can get started:

Click the link: Simply tap on this link to purchase a subscription.

Use the same email: For a smoother transition, please use the same email address for the app that you use for your current subscription on the website.

Download the app: After signing up, you'll receive details on how to download the app to your mobile device.


How does switching to the app impact my subscription?

I will be automatically notified when you purchase your new subscription and I'll take care of canceling your subscription on the website for you. You don't need to worry about it! As a confirmation, I'll send you an email once your website subscription is successfully canceled.


I have a quarterly/semi-annual/annual membership, but the app offers a monthly subscription. What should I do?

If you currently have a 3/6/12-month subscription on the website, we will seamlessly migrate your subscription to the app and cancel your subscription on the website. Please note that your subscription will not renew at the end of the term. To continue accessing content, you will need to purchase a monthly subscription in the app.


When is the app launching?

Save the date! My new app will launch on August 9th.


Will you stop adding new workouts to the website?

For a limited time, I will continue to upload content on the website while the whole community transitions. Eventually, no new content will be posted on the website. Make sure to join me on the app to access all the latest workouts and stay connected with the community. 


Can I still access old content from the website after the switch?

Unfortunately, the website will be eventually (date to be determined) disabled and access to old content will no longer be available.


What if I face technical issues during or after the switch?

If you encounter any technical issues during or after the switch, don't worry, I've got you covered! Simply contact my support team at support@playbookapp.io, and they'll be more than happy to assist you. Your satisfaction and smooth experience on the new platform are my top priorities.
